We put this question to Sahykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-Uthaymeen, may Allaah preserve him, who replied as follows:

I think that this is closer to bidah (innovation), and it should be disallowed rather than permitted, because it is being taken as an “Eid” (regular celebration).

If it happened only once, then it is OK.

Our response is: we do not allow it and should not be encouraged.

1. blogging and spending a lot of time surfing on net

3. i always like to smell good, and my clothes as well , so everyday few times a day i'm putting perfume on my clothes

4. i'm obsessed every year to travel outside ( so now i'm checking a nice destination for this year inshalla )

5. i must have sweets after each meal , even i got fat i can't stop it :P

"Star treck" look

I have noticed for few months back that some girls do keep eyebrows so closed with no space between the two eyebrows... Is this a new trend?? I'm wondering how many of u have the will in doing it so .... ?!?
I don't have this courage , it is a ridiculous look :P

I remeber when i was little kid and i used to watch that famous movie "Star Trek" there was an personage ( i forgot the name ) used to have the same look regarding eyebrow style :)

I shoot those pics while i was watching TV , i got shocked and i said to myself i have to get pictures !

2010 Abayat

Maroccan chicken

I tried this recipe tooken from " Ya Salam Cooking " blog. It was sooooooo tasty , i'm so sorry i didn't get pic with the hole cooked chicken , but inshallah next time i will do it ;)

So we need this :

*1 chicken cup into 8 pieces

* 1 onion, chopped

* 2 garlic cloves, diced

* 1 (1 inch) piece of ginger, diced

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

* 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

* 1/2 tablespoon sea salt

* 2 teaspoons black pepper

* 1 tablespoon za’tar

* 1 teaspoon sumac

* 1/2 lemon, finely sliced

* 1 pinch saffron threads

* and i added 1teaspoon of paprika ( optional )

1. In a clay or 12-inch round baking pan, drizzle olive oil. Add chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, parsley, salt, pepper, za’tar, sumac,paprika and saffron evenly. Add lemon slices atop chicken. Cover with foil tightly.

2. In a pre-heated 350 F oven, cook chicken for 1 hour.

3. Enjoy ur meal ! I served with rice.

Now i'm goona write some tips for a delicious food that i have found on some fatwaa site . Check this out !

For a good, delicious food we need:

- to make du'ua to Allah Ta'ala that makes us a good cook

- recite " Bismillah " before starting cooking

- whilist cooking try to be in a pure state of wudhu

- try to recite " darood " as much as possible

- try to ask some relatives to help u and teach u cooking ; practice make it perfect !

After all, our husbands will be so pleased with us and the food we give him to eat from our hands inshalla ...
